LEFT COAST THREADS RETURN POLICY


All returns must be authorized by leftcoastthreads.com prior to return. Any unauthorized returns will not be processed.

We only accept returns on the conditions that we shipped the :
1. Wrong Size
2. Wrong Item
3. Defective Item

To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at sales@leftcoastthreads.com within 15 days of leftcoastthreads.com shipping that particular order. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a restocking fee.

All authorized return items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Original tags must be attached to the product. All returns must include the original invoice with the RA# provided to you by left coast threads written on it and the reason for the return.

If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

Once you receive an authorization email for returning you items, you must than ship the returning items back within the 10 business days to receive an exchange or the refund becomes null and void. We do not provide the funds for the return postage.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was an error on our behalf. Returns must be sent back by USPS ground and we refund up to $6.99 on postage. Invoice number must be written on the outside of the package


If you cancel your order within 10 business days of your original order date, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
